Refund / Return Policy

  1. Returns and refunds are not supportedFor hygiene and product particularity considerations, we currently do not accept any form of return or refund, including but not limited to:
    Unopened pet food, snacks or health supplements (for safety reasons);
    Customized products (such as engraved name collars, exclusive pet portraits, etc.);
    Special clearance sale items (clearly marked “Last Sale” on the page).
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If you encounter any of the following problems, please contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence (such as photos/videos)
    Transportation damage: The goods are damaged during the delivery process.
    Wrong shipment: Receiving goods that do not match the order.
    Quality issue: Unopened goods have production defects (an official quality inspection report must be provided).
    We will reissue the goods for you or provide a voucher as compensation depending on the situation.
